TCMPC
Region 14 ESC supports districts in effectively utilizing the TEKS Resource System (TRS), a comprehensive, online curriculum management system developed by the Texas Curriculum Management Program Cooperative (TCMPC). TRS provides a foundation of vertically-aligned curriculum components and sample unit assessment items aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) across core content areas (K-12 math, science, RLA, social studies), helping educators with instructional planning, assessment creation, and data-driven instruction. ESC 14 offers training, technical assistance, and resources to maximize district engagement with TRS components such as the Year at a Glance (YAG), Instructional Focus Documents (IFD), and various assessment tools.

How does TCMPC help educators?
The TCMPC is a shared service initiative composed of the 20 Education Service Centers (ESCs) across Texas. Together, they manage and maintain the TEKS Resource System (TEKS RS).
TEKS RS is a comprehensive, customizable online curriculum management system that helps districts and teachers plan and deliver instruction aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).
In addition to the TEKS Resource System, TCMPC also supports Texas Curriculum Resources (TCR) and Bluebonnet Learning materials. These provide educators with additional instructional resources and curriculum tools that enhance teaching and learning across Texas classrooms.
