ESC 14 District Grant Resources
Mark Billingsley, Region 14 Grant Consultant
The Grant Consultant for Region 14 Education Service Center (ESC 14), has provided content on this site to assist regional school districts and ESC staff in searching for grant resources, preparing and submitting grant proposals, managing grants once awarded, and finalizing a grant-funded project. While the ESC 14 Grant Consultant cannot write grants for individual school districts, he can answer questions and offer guidance as time allows. For assistance, call Mark Billingsley at 512-680-2912 or email him at mbillingsley@esc14.net.
