A-F Accountability

The 85th Legislature passed HB 22, changing the Texas school accountability system so that every campus and district receives ratings from A-F through a Domain system. The law requires schools and districts to be issued grades based on three different areas of performance or “domains,” and those three grades must be combined into a single overall rating. To support a full understanding of the A-F system, visit the  TEA Performance Reporting website

To view current accountability ratings, visit  Texas Performance Reporting System,   Accountability Ratings (TEA website), or  Texas Education Agency.

A-F Ratings for the 2023 and 2024 school years have not been released due to pending litigation.

A list of campuses identified under the Federal Accountability system is available on the TEA 2024 Accountability System webpage.
