Statewide ESSA Title IV, Part A Capacity Building Initiative

The Title IV, Part A Capacity Building Initiative is funded by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and produced by Region 14 Education Service Center. This website provides a central hub of resources for best practices and compliance for Title IV, Part A.

This initiative is designed to provide sustained support and work cooperatively with Education Service Centers (ESCs) to build the capacity of school systems statewide in three Title IV, Part A content areas: well-rounded education, safe and heathly students, and effective use of technology.
