During our recent session, Region 14 educators dove deep into the Texas A-F system from the inside out. Together, we unpacked the core components driving district impact:

• Content-Specific STAAR Data & SST (STAAR 2.0): Translating assessment results into actionable instruction.
• CCMR & TELPAS: Maximizing pathways for college readiness, career success, and language acquisition.
• PEIMS Integration: Ensuring data accuracy directly reflects classroom achievement.

The energy, insights, and collaborative spirit in the room were inspiring. By bridging the gap between state metrics and daily classroom strategies, we are bringing real, positive change back to our schools and communities.
